There may be times where you find you or your child are in need of immediate or specific specialist support.

If you think you or your child are in need of urgent support, attend your local A&E Department.

NHS Urgent Mental Health Helpline

This free service is available for under 18s.

Help is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

You'll speak to an NHS mental health professional, who will be able to discuss your current mental health needs and provide access to further support if required.
